Il gusto è giustamente intenso e nel retrogusto permangono questi sentori di frutti di bosco.
Servito a una temperatura di 18° C, si accompagna ottimamente con risotti di funghi e selvaggina in genere.

With its intense ruby-red color, it reveals a broad aromatic profile featuring notes of raspberry, wild blackberry, and redcurrant. The taste is appropriately intense, and these hints of wild berries persist in the aftertaste. Served at a temperature of 18°C, it pairs excellently with mushroom risottos and game dishes in general.

Eine typische Rebsorte aus dem östlichen Venetien, wo sie ideale Bedingungen findet, um ihre besten Eigenschaften zu entfalten. Mit ihrer intensiven rubinroten Farbe zeigt sie ein breites Aromenspektrum, in dem Himbeere, wilde Brombeere und Johannisbeere hervorstechen. Der Geschmack ist angenehm intensiv, und im Nachgeschmack bleiben diese Waldbeerennoten erhalten. Bei einer Temperatur von 18°C serviert, passt er hervorragend zu Pilzrisotto und Wildgerichten im Allgemeinen.
