Uno tra i vitigni a bacca bianca più internazionali, utilizzato anche per la produzione degli spumanti in metodo classico. Dal colore giallo paglierino tenue si presenta con un profumo che ricorda la mela golden e i fiori di campo. Al palato lo si ritrova in un giusto equilibrio tra corpo e acidità che mette in risalto le note fruttate tipiche del vitigno. Servito a 8o - 10° C è gradito come aperitivo e accompagna bene antipasti di pesce e piatti leggeri tipici della cucina moderna.

One of the most international white grape varieties, also used for the production of sparkling wines made with the traditional method. Pale straw-yellow in color, it presents aromas reminiscent of Golden apple and wildflowers. On the palate, it shows a well-balanced harmony between body and acidity, enhancing the fruity notes typical of the grape variety. Served at 8–10°C, it is enjoyable as an aperitif and pairs well with fish starters and light dishes typical of modern cuisine.

Eine der internationalsten weißen Rebsorten, die auch zur Herstellung von Schaumweinen nach der klassischen Methode verwendet wird. Von zart strohgelber Farbe zeigt sie ein Bouquet, das an Golden-Äpfel und Wiesenblumen erinnert. Am Gaumen überzeugt sie durch ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Körper und Säure, wodurch die für die Rebsorte typischen Fruchtnoten besonders zur Geltung kommen. Bei 8–10 °C serviert, eignet sie sich hervorragend als Aperitif und passt gut zu Fischvorspeisen sowie zu leichten Gerichten der modernen Küche.
