Vitigno storico, presente in Veneto da 150 anni, assieme al Cabernet Sauvignon rappresenta la storia della viticoltura del territorio. Dal colore rosso brillante e dall’aroma vinoso intenso, pieno e leggermente erbaceo dona un gusto di buon corpo, con tannicità molto equilibrata e gradevole.
Si accompagna a carni bianche o rosse, con arrosti e formaggi a media stagionatura.
Per gustarlo al meglio va servito a 18° C.

A historic grape variety, present in Veneto for 150 years, together with Cabernet Sauvignon it represents the history of the region’s winemaking tradition. With its bright red color and intense, full, slightly herbaceous vinous aroma, it offers a well-structured taste with very balanced and pleasant tannins. It pairs well with white or red meats, roasts, and medium-aged cheeses. To enjoy it at its best, it should be served at 18°C.

Eine historische Rebsorte, die seit 150 Jahren in Venetien angebaut wird und zusammen mit dem Cabernet Sauvignon die Geschichte des regionalen Weinbaus repräsentiert. Mit ihrer leuchtend roten Farbe und dem intensiven, vollen, leicht krautigen Aroma verleiht sie einen vollmundigen Geschmack mit sehr ausgewogener und angenehmer Tanninstruktur. Sie passt gut zu weißem oder rotem Fleisch, zu Braten und zu mittelgereiftem Käse. Um ihn optimal zu genießen, sollte er bei 18°C serviert werden.
